Let Area of rectangle be 'A'

A=l.b

A=(b+3).(b)

A=b^2+3b --1


Now,

A=l.b

A=(l+9).(b-5)

A=(b+3+9).(b-5)

A=(b+12).(b-5)

A=b^2+7b-60. ---2


--1=--2

b^2+7b-60 = b^2+3b


b = 15 m

l = b+3 = 18m


Therefore dimensions are 18m×15m
