According to the given information,
We can take the width as x and length as 3x+1
Now we get the perimeter as 2(x+3x+1)
=2(4x+1)
=8x+2
Now we have the equation 8x+2=26
8x=26-2
8x=24
x=24/8=3
By this we get x=3, therefore width will be 3m
Length=3x+1
=3(3)+1
=9+1=10m
Area is equal to length*width, which means area will be 10*3, which will give you 30m²
