Here is your solution

Let,

Breadth = x

Then Length = 3 times of breadth.
lenght = 3x

Given that

The perimeter of the rectangle =area of square = 625

perimeter of rectangle =2 (l+b)
625=2 (3x+x)
625/2=4x
625/2×4 = x
78.125 = x

Hence

Area of rectangle = length × breadth
Area of rectangle = 3X × x
Area of rectangle = 3×78.125 × 78.625
Area of rectangle =18427.7 cm^2

let the breadth of the rectangle=x then the length of the rectangle=3x ∴according to problem  2(3x+x)=88 ⇒2*4x=88 ⇒8x=88⇒x=11 hence,the breadth=11cm           the length=3*11cm=33cm
