 \bold{Let \:  \:  breadth \:  \:  be \:  \:  x  \:  \: units } \\  \bold{<br />Length  \:  \: be \:  \:  3x  \:  \: units}

Perimeter = 184

2( x + 3x ) = 184

=> 4x = 92

=> x = 23

Hence, Breadth = 23 units
Length = 3( 23 ) = 69 units

Area = Length × breadth

Area = 23 × 69

Area = 1587 unit^2

Let breadth be x
Length will be 3x
P = 2(l+ b)
184 = 2× 4x
184 = 8x
x = 23
A = l×b
A = (23 × 3) ×(23)
A = 1587
