let the breadth =x
length =2x
ATQ
2(x+2x)=48
2×3x =48
3x =48/2=24
x =24/3=8

length =2x =2×8=16 cm

let the breadth of rectangle =x
and length is twice =2x
the perimeter =48cm
perimeter of rectangle =2(l+b)
2(2x+x)=48
3x=48/2
3x=24
x=24/3=8

x=8 so the breadth is 8cm

and length is 2x=2*8=16cm
