P=2(l+b)
48=2(2b+b)
48=6b
48/6=b
8=b

breadth is 8m and length is 16m

Let the breadth of a rectangle be b
Then length is 2 b
48 m = 2(2b +b )
48 = 6b
Then
b = 48/6 = 8
Then
b = 8
Length = 2* 8 = 16 m
Breadth = 8m
