Ans:

Let length be=x

& breadth=2x

A.T.Q

2(l+b) =108

2(x+2x) =108

3x=108/2

3x=54

x=54/3

x=18

Length=18m

Breadth=2x

=2×18

=36m

Hope it help u!!!!

Thanks

Answer:-

l = 36 cm

b = 18 cm

Given:-

l = 2b

Perimeter = 108 cm

To find :-

The dimension of rectangle.

Solution :-

Let the dimension of rectangle will be l and b respectively.

Then,

Perimeter of rectangle :-

\boxed{\sf{ p = 2 (l+b) }}

Put the given value of l.

 108 = 2 ( l + b)

 108 = 2(2b + b )

 108 = 2 (3b)

 108 = 6b

 b = \dfrac{108}{6}

 b = 18cm

Now put the value of b we get,

→l = 2b

→l = 2 × 18

→l = 36 cm
