P=perimeter=2(L+W)=90m
P=2(L+W)
90m=2(L+W) Divide each side by 2
45m=L+W Substitute for L
45m=2W+W
45m=3W Divide each side by 3.

15m=W ANSWER 1: The breadth is 15 meters.
L=2W=2(1ym)=30m
The length is 30 meters.

Length = 30 m & Breadth = 15 m if the length of a rectangle is twice its breadth if the perimeter is 90 M

Step-by-step explanation:

the length of a rectangle is twice its breadth

Let say breadth of rectangle = X  m

Then Length of rectangle = 2X  m

Perimeter of rectangle = 2( Length + Breadth)

= 2 ( 2X + X)

= 2 (3X)

= 6X

6X = 90

=> X = 15

Breadth = 15 m

Length = 30 m
