Perimeter of a rectangle =

2(l + b)

Here, let the breadth be x then the length would be 2x and the perimeter is given as 1.5 cm

So,

2(2x + x) = 1.5 \\ 2(3x) = 1.5 \\ 6x = 1.5 \\ x = \frac{1.5}{6} \\ x = \frac{15}{60} = 0.25 \: cm \\ 2x = 2 \times 0.25 = 0.50 \: cm

Hence, the length of the rectangle is 0.50 cm and the breadth of the rectangle is 0.25 cm.
