Answer:

Dimensions of rectangle are:

Length =16 cm

Breadth =8 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the breadth of rectangle be x &length be 2x

Perimeter of rectangle=48 cm

2(length +breadth)=48cm

2(2x+x)=48 cm

6x=48cm

X=8 cm

Since the breadth of park was X

Hence, the breadth of park is 8cm

Since the length of park was 2x

Hence,length of park is 16 cm

Answer:

Let the breadth be X

Length= 2x

Perimeter= 2(l+b)

2(l+b) = 48cm

2(2x+x) = 48cm

3x = 48cm/2

3x = 24cm

x = 24cm/3

x = 8cm

Length = 8cm*2

= 16cm

Breadth = 8cm

Checking:

2(16+8)

= 2*24

= 48cm
