Here it is......

Let Length and breadth be 2b and b (a/c to the given conditions)

> It is given that its perimeter is 64,

So from here we get our dimensions,

l= 64/3

b= 32/3

Now it's area would be,

l×b= 64/3×32/3= 227.5 m^2.
