Breadth = x
length = 2x
perimeter =  48m

according to the sum
          2(l+b) = 48m
          2 ( x+2x ) = 48
            2x + 4x  = 48
6x = 48
x= 48/6 = 8

breadth = 8 m
length = 16 m
