Let the breadth of the rectangle be x
Then the length = 2×Breadth=2x
Perimeter of rectangle=2 (l+b)
But, Perimeter of rectangle = 60 m
So,60=2 (l+b)
60=2 (2x+x)
60/2=3x
30=3x
x=30/3
x=10 m
Therefore, The breadth=x=10 m
The length=2x=2×10=20m
Hope it helps!

hi friend
let the breadth be x
thus length is 2x
given that perimeter is 60 m
two times the sum of length and breadth is equal to 60
that is 2 times 3 x is equal to 60
6 x is equal to 60
x is equal to 60 / 6 is equal to 10
therefore length is
2x=2×10=20 m
hope this helps
