If the perimeter of the rectangle is 84 CM, find its dimensions.

Length =2 let it be 2x
Breadth =1/2×2 i.e. 1x

Perimeter of rectangle is 2(length+breadth)
2(l+b)=84. >GIVEN<
Here l =2 x
and b=1x
So ,
2(2x+1x)=84
3x =84/2
x=84/(2×3)
x=84/6

x= 14 cm
then,
breadth is x =14cm
length is 2x=28cm
