HERE IS YOUR ANSWER

----------------------------------------------

LET THE WIDTH BE x
THE LENGTH BE 2x

PERIMETER OF THE RECTANGLE = 2 ( L + B )

180 = 2 ( 2x + x )

90 = 3x

x = 30

LENGTH = 2 * 30 = 60m
BREADTH = 30m

AREA OF RECTANGLE = L × B

= 60 × 30

= 1800m²

Answer: Length = 60 cm

Breadth = 30 cm

Area = 1800 cm^{2}

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the width or breadth of rectangle= x

So,  the length of rectangle = 2x

Given perimeter of rectangle = 180 cm

Perimeter of rectangle is P=2(l+b) where P is perimeter, l is length and b is breadth.

So,

180=2(x+2x)\\\\\Rightarrow180=2\times 3x\\\\\Rightarrow \dfrac{180}{2\times 3} =x\\\\\Rightarrow x= 30 cm

breadth of rectangle = x = 30 cm

length of rectangle= 2x = 2x30=60 cm

Area of rectangle is Area= length \times breadth = 30\times 60 = 1800 cm^2

Hence, the length is 60 cm , breadth is 30 cm and area is 1800 cm^{2} for the required rectangle.
