let the breadth be x
so the length will be x+100

perimeter of rectangular field=2(l+b)
1000=2(x+100+x)
1000=2(2x+100)
1000=4x+200
1000-200=4x
800=4x
800/4=x
200=x

the length of the rectangular field is = x+100
=200+100
=300 m
the breadth of the rectangular field is = 200 m

Answer:

the length=300m ,and the breath = 200 m

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the breath be:x

so,the length will be :x+100

= Perimeter of rectangular field =2(length + breath)

= 1000=2(x+100+x)

1000=2(2x+100)

1000= 4x +200

1000-200=800

800=4x

x= 800

4

x=200

the length = x+100

= 200+100

= 300m

the breath = 200m
