Answer:

Length=1.4 km = 1400 m

breadth=600 m

ratio of length to breadth =

 \frac{1400}{600}  \\  =  \frac{14}{6}  \\  =  \frac{7}{3}

So ratio is 7:3

{\pmb{\underline{\sf{Required \:  Solution....}}}}

Length  = 1.4 \: km \\ Breadth = 600 \: m

 {\bold{\green{\underline{\underline{we \: know ..\: }}}}}

\;\large{\boxed{\bf{\purple{1 km = 1000 m}}}}

1.4km \:  = 1.4 \times 1000 \\  = 1400

Ratio Of length to Breadth

600:1400

 \frac{600}{1400}  =  \frac{3}{7}

Hence

 \;\large{\boxed{\bf{\purple{ \frac{3}{7} }}}} \: is \: your \: ans...
