The length of a rectangular field is 10 m more than its breadth. If the length and breadth of field are each increased by 5 metre the area of the new field will be 155 square metres more than that of the given initial rectangular field. Find out the length and breadth of the given rectangle

l = 10+b
INITIALLY
AREA = l X b = (10+ b)b
NOW
AREA = (l+5)(b+5)   =    (15 + b)(b+5)= 20b+75+(b)(b)

10b+(b)(b) + 155 = 20b+75+(b)(b)
80 = 10b
b = 8m
so l = 18m
