The length of a rectangular field is 300m and the breadth is 2/3 its length. If a road of width 10m is built along the inner wall of the field what is the area of the road.​

Length of field(l)=300m

Breadth of field (b)=2/3*300=200m

Width of path(d) =10m

Area of road=2d(l+b-2d)

=2*10(300+200-2*10)

=20*480

=9600m^2
