Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:

Breadth of rectangular field= x

Length of rectangular field= 2x-8

Perimeter of rectangular field= 56

Perimeter of rectangle= 2(l+b)

56= 2(2x-8+x)

56= 2(3x-8)

56= 6x-16

56+16= 6x

x= 72/6

x= 12

Therefore,

Breadth of rectangular field= x= 12m

Length of rectangular field= 2x-8= 2*12-8= 16m

Answer:

Length =2x-8m

Breadth =let breadth be x

2(l+b)= Perimeter

2(2x-8+x)=56m

4x-16+2x=56m

6x=56+16m

6x=72m

x=72/6 m

x=12m

Ans:length =2x-8m=24-8m=16m

Breadth =12m

Hope it will help you
