assume perimeter "p",length "l",breadth "b"

 p*5=3000m
p=3000/5

p=600
p=2(l+b)
p=2l+2b
p=4b+2b(lenght is twice of b)
p=6b
6b=600
b=600/6

b=100m
l=200m
