Answer:

According to the question..

L = 2B

And perimeter of the field = 3000/5

= 600m

600 = 2 ( L + B )

300 = 3B

B = 100m

Therefore L = 200m

Hope it helps..

Answer:

According to the condition,

length = 2 x breadth

the man jogged along the perimeter of the field

thus, perimeter = 2(l+b)

                         = 2(2b + b)

                         = 2(3b)

                          = 6b

he covered a distance of 3km that is 3000m

thus, perimeter = 3000/5m

6b = 600

b = 100m

length = 2 x breadth

thus, length = 2 x 100 = 200m

thus, the length of the field is 200m

hope it helps you buddy :)
