then the length(l) will be = 2x m

perimeter = 2(l+b)

substituting the values we get,

2(2x +x)

6x

and perimeter = 288 m (given)

6x = 288m

x = 288/6

x = 48m

length = 2x = 2×48 =96 m

& breadth = x = 48 m
