HERE'S YOUR ANSWER

Perimeter of the rectangular field,
P = 2(l+b)

Let, the length and the breadth of the rectangular field be x and y neters respectively.

Acc. to given condition, we have

x = 2y

So, P = 2(2y+y) = 2(3y) = 6y

But, P = 228m

So, 228 = 6y

y = 228/6

Therefore, y = 38m and also by putting the value of y in above equations, we have

x = 76m

Hence, The length of the rectangular field is 76m and its breadth is 38m.

Or we can say that the dimensions of the rectangular field are 76×38 meters.
