Let breadth be x and length be 2x
B = x
L = 2x
P = 150 m
perimeter = 2(l+b)
150 = 2(x+2x)
150 = 2(3x)
= 3x
75 = 3x
= x
25 = x
∴ b = x = 25m
∴ l = 2x = 25 x 2 = 50m
PROOF:-
Perimeter = 2(l+b)
= 2(25+50)
= 2(75)
=150m
