b=228/3

l=76×2

perimeter = 228
perimeter of rectangle = 2 ( l+b)
228= 2 ( l + 2l) 
228= 2(3l)
228= 6l
l = 228/6
l= 38
b= 2(38)
b = 76
area of rectangle = lb
38 * 76
