ANSWER:-

Given:

The length of a rectangular field is twice its breadth. If the area of the field is 11250m².

To find:

Find its perimeter.

Solution:

Let the Breadth of a rectangular field=x

Let the length of a rectangular field= 2x

We know that ,area of rectangle:

=) length× breadth

So,

=) (2x × x)= 11250m²

=) 2x² = 11250

=) x² = 11250/2

=) x² = 5625

=) x= √5625

=) x= 75m

So,

⚫Length, 2x = 2× 75m= 150m

⚫Breadth, x= 75m

Now,

Perimeter of rectangular field:

=) 2(l+b)

=) 2(150+75)

=) 2(225)

=) 2× 225

=) 450m

Hence,

The perimeter is 450.

Hope it helps ☺️
