let the breadth be x
length be x+20
perimeter = 2(L+B)
2(x+x+20) = 280
2x+20 = 140
2x = 120
x = 60
breadth = 60m
length = 80m

let
B=x
then,L=20+x
we know that
perimeter of rectangular =2(L+B)
therefore,
280=2(x+20+x)
=>140=2x+20
=>140-20=2x
=>120=2x
=>x=60
so, B=60m and L=60+20
=80m
I hope it help you.
