23 is the length and breadth is 10
Take x as breadth
So length is 2x+3 use formula of perimeter
2(l+b)=perimeter
2(2x+3+x)=66
3x+3=33
3x=30
X=10

let the measure of breadth be x

breadth=x
length= 2x+3

Perimeter of rectangle= 2(length+breadth)
66= 2(x+2x+3)
66= 2(3x+3)
66= 6x+6
66-6=6x
60=6x
60/6=x
10=x

so the breadth is 10 metre

length=2x+3
=2*10+3
=23

So the length is 23 metre

Hope this helps!!
