the length of a rectangular hall is 4 meter less than 3 times breath of the hall? what is the length. if the breath is b meter.

ATQ, the length of the rectangular hall is 4m less than 3 times breadth of the hall.

given breadth is b.

therefore length = 3b - 4

3 times of b is 3 Γ— b = 3b

and four meter less than 3 times of b = 3b - 4 meters.
