PLZ ..  MARK IT AS A BRAINLIST
⚓⚓❤⚓⚓⚓⚓⚓⚓⚓⚓⚓
HERE IT IS GIVEN...........
length of a rectangular hall is 5 m.more than its breadth
and ....it's area is 750 m2
____________________________
so.....
LET IT'S BREADTH TO BE X m
SO.. IT'S LENGTH IS (X+5) m
and .....
we know that..
area = length × breadth
=) 750= (x+5) × x
=) 750 = x^2 +5x
=) x^2+5x -750=0
=) x^2 + 30x - 25x - 750=0
=) x( x+30)-25(x+30)=0
=) (x-25)(x+30)=0
=) so.....
x=25
hence it's length will be 25+5=30m

let l is length and b is breadth
5+b=l
area of rectangal =l×b
hence 750=b×(5+b) .......l=5+B
750=5b+b2
0=b2+5b-750
0= b2+30b-25b-750........750=30× 25
0= b (b+30) - 25 (b+30)
0= (b+30) (b-25)
to get the ans 0 b+30=0 or b-25=0
b= -30 or 25
b must be positive so b=25 is correct
5+b=l
hence l=5+25=30
length of rectangular hall is 30
