we know that..
area = length × breadth
=) 750= (x+5) × x
=) 750 = x^2 +5x
=) x^2+5x -750=0
=) x^2 + 30x - 25x - 750=0
=) x( x+30)-25(x+30)=0
=) (x-25)(x+30)=0

x=25

to get the ans 0 b+30=0 or b-25=0
b= -30 or 25
b must be positive so b=25 is correct
