10+4x=74
4x=74-10
4x=64

so the length is x + 5
now according to question. ..

Perimeter = 2 × (l + b )
74 = 2 × ( x+5 + x )
74 = 2 × ( 2x + 5 )
74 = 4x + 10
74 - 10 = 4x
64 = 4x
so x = 64÷4 = 16
so x = 16

therefore breadth = 16 and length is 21 answer. ..
