The length of a rectangular park is three times its breath. If the perimeter of the park is 192 meters, find the dimensions of the park.

HEY Buddy......!! here is ur answer

Let the breadth of the rectangular park = x then the length will be = 3x

According to the question....

=> 2(3x+x) = 192

=> 2×4x = 192

=> 8x = 192

=> x = 24 meter

Then, the length of the park = 3x = 3×24 = 72 m

Let the length of park be 'L' and breadth be 'b'

L=3b.....(1)

L+b=192metres.....(2)

from'1'and'2'

3b+b=192

4b=192

b=48.....(3)

place b=48 in (1)

L=3*48

L=144

so,

length of park is 144metres and its breadth is 48metres.
