L(length)=10.0
B(width)=1
dL= 0.1
dB= 0.01

Area(A)=LxB= 10.0x1=10

dA/A = dL/L+dB/B
dA/10 = 0.1/10+0.01/1
dA/10 = 0.01+0.01
dA/10 = 0.02
dA = 0.02 x 10
dA = 0.2 cmsq.
