Let the Breadth of the playground be x
So, length = x + 2
Area = 195 m square
So,
X * x + 2 = 195
X square + 2 = 195
X square = 195 - 2
X square = 193
X = 193 under root
X = 13.892

So, breadth = 13.892
And, length = 13.892 + 2 = 15.892
