Then the length of plot = X +5 m

Perimeter = 2 × ( L + B )

And perimeter given = 150 m

150 = 2 × ( X + X + 5 )

150 = 2 × ( 2X + 5 )

150 = 4 X + 10

4X=140

X = 140/4

X = 35 m

Hence breadth is 35 m and length is 40 m
