Here is your answer

Let the breadth is x m
so Length = x + 5m

Perimeter = 2(L + B)
142 = 2(x + 5 + x) \\ 142 = 2(2x + 5) \\ 142 = 4x + 10 \\ 4x = 142 - 10 \\ 4x = 132 \\ x =  \frac{132}{4}  \\ x = 33
So breadth = 33 m
Length = 33+ 5
= 38 m

ANSWER IS

Let the breadth is x m
Hence length is x + 5 m
Perimeter = 142 m

As
Perimeter = 2(L + B)
142 = 2(x + 5 + x) \\  \frac{142}{2}  = (2x + 5) \\ 71 = 2x + 5\\ 2x = 71 - 5 \\ x =  \frac{66}{2}  \\ x = 33
Therefore
Breadth is 33 m
Length is 33 + 5
= 38 m
