Let, the breadth(b) be b,

length of rectangular plot (l)= 1.5b

20% of perimeter of rectangle=20 m

or, perimeter of rectangle=20/20%

or, perimeter of rectangle= (20*100)/20

or,perimeter of rectangle=100m

or, 2(l+b) =100 m

or,2(1.5b+b) =100 m

or, 3b +2b =100 m

or, 5b = 100m

or, b=100/5

therefore, b=20m

length= 1.5*20 m

          =30 m

area of rectangular plot = l*b

                                        =30m*20m

                                        =600m^2
