\huge\red{Answer\: is}
Let the breadth is x m
so length is =( x + 20) m

Perimeter of the plot = 2( l + b )
 = 2(x + x + 20) \\  = 2(2x + 20)
Cost of fencing @ 26.50 per m which is Rs 5300

So ATQ
26.50 \times 2(2x + 20) = 5300 \\ 2x + 20 =  \frac{5300}{26.50 \times 2}  \\ 2x + 20 = 100 \\ 2x = 100 - 20 \\ 2x = 80 \\ x =  \frac{80}{2}  \\ x = 40 \\ so \: the \: length \: is \: 40 + 20 \\  = 60 \: m
So The Option D is your answer which is Data inadequate as length of the plot is 60 m

Hope it helps you
