The length of rectangular plot is 30.015 m

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the breadth be x

We are given that The length of a rectangular plot is 4½ times that of its breadth.

Length of rectangular plot = 4.5x

Area of plot =Length \times Breadth = x \times 4.5 x = 4.5x^2

We are given that  the area of that plot is 200 sq. metres

So, 4.5x^2 = 200

x=\sqrt{\frac{200}{4.5}}

x=6.67

Length of rectangular plot = 4.5x =4.5(6.67)=30.015  m

Hence The length of rectangular plot is 30.015 m
