Then its length will be
= 5 1/3 * x m
= 16/3 * x m
= 16x/3 m
Given: the area of the plot is 270 square metres
>> 16x/3 * x = 270
>> 16x² = 810
>> x² = 810/16
>> x = 7.12 ( approximately )
Therefore the length of the rectangular plot is
= 16/3 * 7.12 m
= 37.97 m
