Answer:

let breadth of plot be x cm

lenght =2x cm

perimeter = 2( x + 2x)

= 6x cm

A.T.Q.

6x = 126

x = 21

breadth = 21 cm

lenght = 42 cm

Area = l × b

= 21 ×42

= 882 cm2

Answer:

l= 42 b=21

Step-by-step explanation:

given perimeter= 126

let the value of length be l

let the value of breadth be b

According to first condition

l=2b

l-2b=0------------------1

according to second condition

2(l+b)=126

2l+2b=126------------2

add 1 and 2

l-2b+2l+2b=126

3l=126

l=126/3

l=42cm

put l=42 in eq 1

l-2b=0

42-2b=0

2b=42

b=21

area =l×b=21×42=882cm^2

hope it helps mark as brainliest
