Let breadth of rectangle be 'x'
Therefore length will be '2x'
Now Diagonal^2= Length^2+breadth^2
(9√5)^2=x^2+(2x)^2
405=5x^2
81=x^2
x=9 cm= Breadth
Length=2x=18 cm
Perimeter=2(l+b)
2(9+18)
2*27=54 cm
