Let the breadth of rectangle = X
and, lenght of rectangle = 2X


Also,
Perimeter of rectangle = 2( L + B)
160 = 2 ( 2X + X )

80 = 3X

X = 26.66 or 27 approx
Hence breadth = 27

Also length = 27 ×2 = 53.32 or 53 approx


Now Area of Rectangle = Length × Breadth

= 53 × 27 = 1431 cm^2
