30% of x=500/3
length = 2/3 breadth
let breadth = a therefore length = 2/3a
perimeter = 2(2/3a+a)
500/3 = 2(5/3a)
500/3= 10/3a
a = 50cm
2/3a = 33.3cm
area = 50*33.3
= 165cm^2
