the length of a rectangular plot of land is twice it's breadth. if the perimeter of the plot be 300m, find it's area.

Length of land is twice its breathL= 2b

perimeter of rectangle is =2(l+b)=300

2(2b+b) =300

3b=300/2

3b=150

breadth is 50m

length is 100m

Area is l×b=(100)×(50)

5000m^2 is area.
