Step-by-step explanation:

Since perimeter =2*(l+b)

so,let the length and breadth be 2x and x respectively

then A/Q-

2 ( x+2x)=360

=2x+x=360/2

=3x=180

=x=180/3=60

so length =2*60=120m

and breadth = 60m

So it's area = length *breadth

=( 120*60)m^2

=7200m^2

hope it helps

Answer:

L=2x and B=x

perimeter of rectangle=2(L+B)

perimeter=360m

2(2x+x) =360

2x+x=360/2

3x=180

x=180/3

x=60

L=2*60=120

B=60

area of rectangle=L*B

area=120*60=7200m answer
