Answer:

length = 2b

perimeter = 210

perimeter = 2(l+b)

perimeter = 2(2b+b)

perimeter = 2(3b)

perimeter = 6b

210 = 6b

b = 210/6

b = 35

area = lb

l = 70

area = 70 x 35

area = 2450

Let the breadth of the plot be' x 'metres

➣Then its length=2x meters

the perimeter =2×(l+b)

=[2×(2x+x)]metres

=6x metres

Now 6x=210

x=35

b=35

l=2×35=70

➣area of the plot =l×b sq. units

=70×35=2450m²
