Hi friend
-------------
Your answer
--------------------

LET THE BREADTH BE X.

THEN,
----------

LENGTH = 2X. [ BECAUSE LENGTH IS TWICE BREADTH]

SO,
-------

PERIMETER = 2(2X+X)

NOW,
---------

2(2X+X) = 300

3X = 300/2

3X = 150

X = 150/3

X = 50

THUS,
----------

BREADTH = 50 m

LENGTH = 2X = (2×50) m = 100 m

AREA = LENGTH × BREADTH

= (100×50) m²
= 5000 m²

HOPE IT HELPS

Let the breadth be = x
then it's said that length is twice of breadth. So length = 2x

perimeter= 2(l+b)
2(x+2x) = 300
2× 3x = 300
6x =300
x=50

breadth = X= 50m
length = 2x = 100m

area of rectangle = L× B

= 50 × 100

= 5000 m^2
