given :

• length = 2x
• breadth = x

using formula :-

$= \geqslant perimeter \: of \: rectangle = 2(l + b)$

$= \geqslant \: 300 = 2(2x + x)$

$= \geqslant 300 = 2(3x)$

$= \geqslant 300 = 6x$

$= \geqslant x = \frac{300}{6}$

$= \geqslant x = 50$

hence the breadth of the rectangle is 50m.

now find length of the rectangle which is given length is twice its breadth.

so,

= breadth is 50m

= length will be 50×2 = 100m.

hence length of the rectangle is 100m.
